Brad Lamberth |

Since 1989, Brad has practiced law in Texas with an emphasis on complex commercial and civil litigation and business transactions. He received a Business and Finance Degree (with honors) from Baylor University, where he also played for the Baylor Bears baseball team. After graduating Magna Cum Laude (top graduate) in his class at Baylor Law School and serving on the Baylor Law Review as its Editor-in-Chief, Brad began his legal career with Strasburger & Price, LLP, one of Dallas's premier law firms, where he worked in the commercial litigation division. In 1994, Brad founded his own firm in Dallas and shortly thereafter, obtained his first Million Dollar+ Plaintiff's verdict. In 2004, Brad moved his firm from Downtown Dallas, 20 miles east, to Rockwall, Texas, the state's and one of the nation's, fastest growing areas.
Brad has established himself and his practice as top rated in Dallas, Rockwall, and the surrounding areas. In 2005, Brad was voted Rockwall's best lawyer by readers of the Herald-Banner.

Jeffrey C. Mateer |

Jeff is an A-V rated attorney with broad and varied civil litigation experience spanning a seventeen-year legal career. Texas Monthly named Jeff a Texas Super Lawyer in 2005 and 2006.
Jeff is a principal in Lamberth Mateer, a professional limited liability company. Prior to starting his own firm, he began his legal career at the Dallas law firm of Carrington, Coleman, Sloman & Blumenthal, L.L.P. His law practice combines his large firm background experience with the efficiency and creativity of a small firm. He currently represents clients ranging from large international organizations to local businesses, schools, churches, and individuals in complex federal and state court actions as both plaintiffs and defendants involving employment (including wrongful termination and discrimination), intellectual property, civil rights, religious liberty, real estate, insurance and business matters. His corporate clients include the National Collegiate Athletic Association, Citigroup, CNA, ConAgra Foods and Pilgrim's Pride.
In addition to his litigation practice, Jeff serves as a conciliator/mediator and teaches Biblical conflict resolution to adults and children through training received from Peacemaker Ministries. Moreover, he advises several non-profit organizations, including Christian schools and ministries, on various legal matters.
Jeff received his undergraduate education at Dickinson College, where he graduated with honors in 1987, and his legal education at Southern Methodist University School of Law, where he graduated with honors in 1990, having served on the law review. He has been licensed to practice law by the State of Texas since November 1990 and he is admitted to practice before all Texas state and federal district courts and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Jeff and his wife, D'Ann, have three children, Elizabeth, Aaron and Nathan. Jeff is a member of Household of Faith Church in Garland, Texas, where he teaches Sunday school. He currently serves as President of the Board of Trustees of Heritage Christian Academy in Rockwall, Texas. He has also coached youth soccer, basketball and baseball. |

Lindsay B. Hudson |

Lindsay B. Hudson began her practice in the areas of healthcare, personal injury, and premises liability litigation at a large Dallas based firm. She has assisted individuals, medical professionals and businesses in simple and complex litigation matters. Since moving her practice to Rockwall and joining Lamberth Mateer, Ms. Hudson has gained significant experience in the areas of business and commercial litigation, real estate transactions, and landlord-tenant matters.
Ms. Hudson was born in Sealy, Texas on September 8, 1977. She was admitted to the Texas Bar in 2003 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District. She is 2000 graduate of Texas A&M University where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication. She is also a 2003 graduate of South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas where she received her J.D. degree.
Ms. Hudson is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the Texas Young Lawyers Association, the Texas Association of Defense Counsel, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association, the Rockwall County Bar Association, the Texas Aggie Bar Association, and the Rockwall County Texas A&M Club.
Although not a native of Rockwall, Ms. Hudson and her husband, Chad, have established Rockwall as their home and enjoy playing an active role in the community. |

M. Scott Ortiz |

M. Scott Ortiz has significant experience in litigation, including commercial litigation, personal injury and products liability. He also represents individuals and businesses in a variety of other matters, such as contracts, construction law, business organization formation, and covenants not to compete. Before joining the Lamberth Law Firm, Mr. Ortiz had represented automobile manufacturers and other manufacturers in products liability suits and other companies in litigation.
Mr. Ortiz earned his law degree from The University of Texas School of Law in 2001. While there, he was an associate editor of the Texas Review of Law & Politics in 2000-2001. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin in 1998 (Finance and Business Honors Program).
Mr. Ortiz is a member of the State Bar of Texas and Rockwall County Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all courts of the State of Texas and admitted in the United States District Courts for the Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
Mr. Ortiz and his wife, Rachael, have two boys and one girl and reside in Rockwall, Texas. |

Clinton D. Howie |

Clinton D. Howie is a business litigation attorney. He has represented clients in a number of disputes involving franchises and distributorships, the governance and sale of public and privately-held corporate entities, complex securities litigation, antitrust and trade regulation, intellectual property, banking and mortgage lending, insurance coverage, and employer-employee relations. He also has extensive experience assisting clients in transactional, employment, and regulatory compliance matters, and has served as corporate counsel for a publicly-held national staffing company.
Mr. Howie earned his law degree, cum laude, from Southern Methodist University School of Law in 1996. At SMU, Mr. Howie was a Hatton W. Sumners Foundation Scholar and President of the SMU Law Review Association. Mr. Howie also received a Master of Arts in International Relations from the University of Southern California in 1994 and a Bachelor of Arts, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University in 1991. At LSU, he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa and a Patricia Bott Saucier Scholar.
Mr. Howie is the author of several articles, including: “Is It a Pyramid Scheme? Multi-Level Marketing and Louisiana’s ‘New’ Anti-Pyramid Statute,” 49 LOUISIANA BAR JOURNAL 288 (2002); and “(Re) Learning to Fly: Russian Aviation in the Post-Soviet Era,” 61 JOURNAL OF AIR LAW AND COMMERCE, 467 (1996). Mr. Howie has also been a frequent speaker on legal ethics, business litigation, and internet-related legal issues.
Mr. Howie is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Louisiana State Bar Association. He is licensed to practice before the state courts of Texas and Louisiana and the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Texas, and the Eastern, Western and Middle Districts of Louisiana. |
